DO YOU MAKE RINGS IN HALF SIZES?

On the ring listings I only list full sizes, but if you need a half size I can definitely make one for you! Just leave a note at checkout for me. Something along the lines of "Hi, I've ordered a Size L but I'm after a size L 1/2 please".


I'VE ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE! WHAT DO I DO?

Please make sure you check your necklace length or ring size properly (refer to 'Sizing' Page) before ordering!!! I can't stress this enough. I don't do jewellery resizes, as I work alone and am usually always quite busy. Any local independent jeweller can resize/modify jewellery for a small fee.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, I ship worldwide.

I JUST ORDERED SOMETHING. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Please understand that I hand make every item on my own. Not only that, but I order my own metals and stones, pack and post all of my items, take all of my product photos, and update my website all on my own, too.

It could take me a couple of days or a couple of weeks to make one item. If I have what you've ordered made up and ready to go, I will send it within 1-2 business days.

If you order multiple items, it may take longer than if you just order one.

If business is quiet it may be quick, if I am very busy it may not. I am not a machine. Please see the SHIPPING section below for delivery times and tracking etc.

Custom items may take longer depending on the difficulty of the piece.
 

DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING?

Yes! I can gift wrap your order free of charge! Simply request this in the comments section when you place your order.


WHICH CURRENCY ARE YOUR PIECES IN?
All of my prices are in $AUD.
 

Returns

I will not under any circumstances refund for custom items - eg: Custom Name Necklaces or a custom designed piece.

Refunds and exchanges will not be given for incorrect size or change of mind. 

I will only accept returns if the item is faulty. 'Wear and tear' is not considered a fault. "I don't like it" is not a fault. Faulty is a mechanical fault like the solder join coming undone or something along those lines.
If you wish to return your faulty order, you are welcome to exchange it for something of equal value as the item purchased. When packaging the items to return, ensure it is properly packaged. Items received that do not comply will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.

I will not cover the cost of return shipping and I am not responsible for items coming or going to incorrect addresses. Please DOUBLE CHECK shipping addresses when ordering.  

Shipping

SHIPPING TIME FRAMES (ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN HANDMADE):

 

AUSTRALIA: 

Standard Shipping (tracked) takes 3-5 business days. 
Express Shipping (tracked) takes between 1-2 business days.

Shipping times may be slightly longer if you live in a rural area. Please add Sign on Delivery option if you think you may not be home at the time of delivery, to avoid any possible theft of your package.

INTERNATIONAL:

The shipping cost depends on shipping destination. This will be calculated at checkout. Australia Post makes the shipping costs not me.

Once I have made your order, I will email you with the tracking number and the link to track it.

Standard international shipping takes between 1 and 4 weeks. If there is a delay or you suspect your item is missing, please call Australia Post and quote your package tracking number. I can not give you any information about postage once the package has left my hands.

International orders may incur local taxes or duties that I unfortunately have no control over. Usually this occurs in Euro countries and will be requested at pickup of the package. I will not be held responsible for these charges.
  

New Zealand AfterPay customers - the final amount may differ slightly from the amount displayed as the price is displayed in AUD and it will convert to NZD. Contact AfterPay if you have any questions regarding currency conversion. Our dollars are very similar though :)


SHIPPING TERMS:

  • All orders are sent from Australia - using Australia Post.
     

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your item has been sent out. That email is sent to the email address that you provide upon checkout. If you have not received a tracking email, your item has not been made yet or you've misspelt your email address.

 

  • I do not take any responsibility for items lost or stolen in transit or upon delivery. If you are worried about the item being stolen once delivered, please purchase "Sign On Delivery" as your postage method. This will allow the postie to leave your package at a local post office instead of leaving it at your door.
     

  • Once your package has left my hands, I am no longer responsible for it. Please give Australia Post a call if you have any postage or delivery enquiries.
     

  • Please DOUBLE CHECK your shipping address, as your package will be sent to the EXACT shipping address you provide to me at checkout.
